• Perks: Unlimited access to all our scheduled events during your 30-day trial period.
• Cost: Completely FREE

Standard Monthly Membership: Full access to all scheduled events and website tools.

• Cost: $10 per month
• Secondary Member: You can register your (Male) spouse or significant other as a "Secondary Member" on your profile so that they can attend qualifying events such as BAGs & BAGS with Baggage Mixed Events, BAGS & Family or BAGs Friends & Family. 
• Billing: Automatic monthly recurring charges. Your payment details are securely saved upon your first payment.
• Data Security: Full privacy protection via SSL-Certified Encryption. Stored payment details are fully encrypted and completely hidden from all website administrators.

Membership Pause Policy: You may temporarily pause your membership instead of canceling, subject to the following structural guidelines:

• Duration Limits: Pauses must be a minimum of three (3) consecutive months and a maximum of six (6) consecutive months.
• Frequency Limits: Short-term, single month pauses or repeating pause/unpause cycles are not permitted to minimize administrative overhead.
• Long-Term Caps: Open-ended or permanent freezes are not supported due to fixed database hosting costs. Freezes exceeding six months will result in account closure, though you are welcome to rejoin at any time.

What Happens During a Pause

• Suspended: Your ClubExpress website login privileges and active member benefits are temporarily deactivated.
• Preserved: Your entire account history, profile data, and membership longevity status remain fully intact in our database.

How to Request a Pause or Reactivation

• To Pause: Submit a written request to our administrative team at support@bags50.com at least 10 days prior to your next scheduled billing date.
• To Reactivate: Email your written return request to support@bags50.com. Our team will restore your website access and resume your automatic billing cycle within 24 hours.

Non-Member: A Non-Member is a guest who does not hold an active website subscription but may occasionally attend events under strict guidelines.

• Event Eligibility: Non-members cannot register for all events. They are only permitted to register for events with unfilled capacity when approved, and specifically when the event requires additional registrations to reach full capacity (e.g., to meet financial obligations or venue costs necessary to host the event).
• Complimentary Attendance: Guests of a subscribed member can attend at no cost if the event is categorized as BAGS & Family, BAGS & Baggettes or BAGS Friends & Family. Subscribed members may also request to bring an out-of-town guest(s) at no cost, subject to admin approval.
• Registration Requirement: Sign-up requires the non-member's full name and email address.
• Platform Restrictions: Non-members do not have access to private website features including Event Details, Member Directory, Member Forums, Business Forums, or the ability to host Member Impromptu Events. 

Butterfly Membership: A funded membership ensuring every woman can access our community by providing financial assistance to those who need it most.

• Duration: One full year of community access.
  
• Perks: Full event registration for you and your (male) spouse or significant other.
• Eligibility: Paid for entirely by our Butterfly Fund. Apply confidentially via the BAGS Hardship Form.

Winner’s Membership: A complimentary membership awarded exclusively to winners of our promotional drawings.

• Duration: Valid for the entire timeframe specified in the promotion.
