1. Event Cancellation & NO-SHOW policy:
We understand that unexpected things come up where you can no longer attend an event you signed up for. It's your responsibility to cancel your attendance status within 24 hours of an event if you can no longer attend, except for an emergency. You will receive two courtesy reminders via email prior to the event you signed up for (7 days prior & 3 days prior). If your status shows that you are attending an event and you are a NO-SHOW, you could have prevented members on the wait list from attending an event, caused delay in the group function because the Event Organizer was looking to greet you & possibly caused the establishment a loss of business. This is particularly important where reservations have been made as it can hurt the BAGS reputation in our community. You will be charged a penalty fee of $10 for a NO-SHOW. Your account will be frozen until the fee has been paid and you will be unable to sign up for events until your account is restored. Thank you for your understanding of this policy. For emergency situations, please submit your request for consideration of reversing a $10 NO-SHOW penalty fee to:  support@bags50.com
